Sunday at the Nation of Islam, Louis Farrakhan said don’t “fall” for Democartic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s “crap” on African-American issues because she and her husband, former President Bill Clinton are responsible for mass incarceration of black people.
Farrakhan said, “How many of you are going to vote for Hillary Clinton? You don’t have to raise your hands. I do not blame you for wanting a female president, but that is a wicked woman. She can be sweet but so can you. And you know when you are sweet but playing a game. All of a sudden she knows about Trayvon Martin. All of a sudden—the boy’s been dead two years now—she talking about him like she met the mother and oh… White people this is Satan. And you fall for that crap? Most of you went to jail for having a little blunt. They arranged that—the Clintons. Mass incarceration came about under the Clintons, Don’t forget that. They call my young gang bangers super predators. And Black Lives Matter put it to her—she didn’t know how to handle that. Call you a super predator, that has no conscience, no sense of dignity like you are a dog, an animal. She gotta bring you to heal you my young brothers. This is what she said about you and she didn’t just say it—it became law and policy of the U.S. government under Bill Clinton and his wife, and now she is apologizing, but apologizing can’t bring back the broken families. Apologizing cant bring back those that been destroyed in prison life.”

Planned Parenthood Goes All In For Hillary Clinton
Planned Parenthood is going all out in support of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The women’s health and abortion provider launched a series of ads Thursday — costing more than $1 million — in support of Clinton, Politico reports. The ads will play in Super Tuesday states Texas and Virginia, which host their primaries March 1. Ads will also play in Michigan, which hosts its primary March 8.
“When they said our health care wasn’t important, when they tried to deny us cancer screenings, when they talked about our personal health decisions in ways meant to shame us, she spoke up,” one ad says about Clinton. “She was our champion.”
The Planned Parenthood ad campaign comes after ten states have defunded Planned Parenthood. Republicans in those states cited a series of videos released by the Center for Medical Progress that showed Planned Parenthood officials exchanging fetal body parts for money.

The Conservative Establishment Turns Against GOP Voters
Conservative Twitter blew up with declarations from various right-wingers saying they’re leaving the GOP. Others, more hopeful of Trump losing the nomination, called for a mass purge of the party and the future implementation of closed primaries reserved exclusively for long-time Republicans. Glenn Beck, hot off his fast for Ted Cruz, tried to spin The Donald usurping him at a caucus site by claiming the businessman is grooming an army of “brown shirts.”
The level of negativity towards Trump and the sinking feeling he’s going to be the eventual Republican nominee has led a few of these conservatives to make a startling choice — they’ll vote for Hillary over Donald.
The Federalist’s Tom Nichols wrote an entire article arguing for that very point. In Nichols’ opinion, Trump as the Republican nominee would spell the end of the conservative movement and that horror must be stopped at all cost.
To the Federalist writer, a Trump presidency would be worse — and more liberal — than another Clinton occupying the White House, and conservatives would at least not be blamed for the failures of Hillary. Thus, cast your ballot for the Democrat if it comes down to her and The Donald in the fall.

Roger Stone Responds To CNN Banning Him And Details How A Trump Campaign Would Beat Sanders
Veteran political consultant and former Donald Trump adviser Roger Stone said there’s a reason he calls CNN the “Clinton News Network,” in an interview with The Daily Caller Tuesday.
“I heard from Media Matters. I’ve never heard from CNN, and they’ve never ever complained,” said Stone.
Media Matters announced Tuesday that it it received a statement from CNN that Stone will be banned from appearing on the network due to tweets featuring disparaging comments towards TV political analysts Ana Navarro and Roland Martin.
Stone called Navarro a “diva bitch,” and “borderline retarded.” He said Martin was a “stupid negro,” and called both of them “quota hires.”
He generally stands by his criticism of the two, saying, “My problem really is the same, whether it’s Roland Martin or Ana Navarro, why do we have people who have no qualification whatsoever to opine on political matters being asked their opinion?”
Stone continued, “Ana is a ‘Republican strategist?’ Okay what campaigns? Who are the people she’s elected? Name them. City council county commission, governor, senator, congressman, president, anybody? And the answer is nobody.”

Clean Power Plan reset sought after emails show collaboration between EPA, greens
A pro-energy advocacy group is seeking to incinerate the Clean Power Plan after releasing more emails showing a key Environmental Protection Agency official collaborating behind the scenes with leading environmental activists.
In a 20-page report released Monday, the Energy & Environment Legal Institute chronicles another round of communications between environmentalists and Michael Goo, former EPA Office of Policy associate administrator, who used a private email account to discuss options on regulating coal-fired power plants.
“The EPA taking direction from outside parties demonstrated a closed mind and a process that was not transparent and not part of the official record. This is against the law,” said David Schnare, general counsel for the institute. “The law should be returned to the EPA for proper consideration.”
The institute submitted a brief Friday requesting permission from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to file a supplemental brief arguing that the Clean Power Plan “needs to be sent back to the EPA for an honest restart” in light of the disclosures.

Pat Buchanan: Donald Trump’s Rise Is Rejection of a Quarter Century of Bush Republicanism
Buchanan explained that the American people are rejecting the trade globalism of Bush Republicans that “carted off what was once the greatest manufacturing base the world had ever seen…”
In an exclusive statement to Breitbart News, Pat Buchanan declared that Trump’s rise represents a rejection of 25 years of Bush Republicanism— an ideology which Buchanan says has destroyed America’s once-great manufacturing core, flooded the country with low-skilled workers, and drained the treasury with ill-advised foreign adventures in the Middle East.
“In the GOP nomination race, the chickens of a quarter century of Bush Republicanism have come home to roost,” Buchanan told Breitbart. “Trump’s triumphs to date are due to his recognition of, and identification with, the Middle American revolt against Bush family ideology and policy, and what it has produced.”
Buchanan explained that “America is rejecting the Bush immigration policy,” which has “proffered amnesty” to “12 million illegals… because it said the United States is helpless to do anything about their presence here.”

Sanders Campaign Staffers Admit Using False Address To Vote
Two Bernie Sanders campaign officials in New Hampshire were caught on undercover camera openly admitting that they registered to vote in the state by falsely using the address of the campaign headquarters.
The video, which comes from James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas Action (PVA), has prompted a referral from the Manchester city clerk to the state’s attorney general.
The footage shows Hugo Palma, who served as the Sanders campaign’s Manchester field director, explaining the scheme to an undercover journalist.
“So, to vote in New Hampshire, all you have to do is prove domicile. That’s about it,” Palma says in the video.

Feds Jail Radio Host, Sparking Free Speech Outcry
After arresting and charging radio host Pete Santilli (shown) with “conspiracy” in connection with his reporting on the occupation of the Oregon wildlife refuge, the federal government has sparked an outcry that is making headlines across America and even overseas. Indeed, the growing concerns over the free-speech implications have united critics ranging from the statist American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to the liberty-oriented Rutherford Institute. The biggest concern, activists and critics of the case say, is that the federal government is trampling on the rights to free speech and freedom of the press guaranteed in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Critics of the prosecution also contend that the case is an ominous sign that the federal government is going off the rails.
Santilli, who hosts a popular talk-radio show on Talk Network News, reported live from the Bundy ranch amid the standoff with federal agents, and more recently, from the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon occupied by protesters. Media reports noted that he was the first journalist to report on the fatal shooting by law enforcement of occupation spokesman and rancher LaVoy Finicum. Santilli was also among the numerous individuals at the occupation who were ultimately arrested in recent weeks. Like a dozen of the “occupiers,” Santilli was charged with “conspiracy” to “impede federal officers,” a vague and controversial Civil War-era charge that has been criticized — especially when applied to a radio host serving as an embedded journalist amid the protest against the persecution of two local ranchers and the broader federal assault on liberty, property, and the Constitution.
When Santilli was asked about his role in relation to the occupation, he made clear that speech was at the center of it. “My role is the same here that it was at the Bundy ranch. To talk about the constitutional implications of what is going on here. The Constitution cannot be negotiated,” he was quoted as saying. “What we need, most importantly, is one hundred thousand unarmed men and women to stand together. It is the most powerful weapon in our arsenal.... I’m not armed. I am armed with my mouth. I’m armed with my live stream. I’m armed with a coalition of like-minded individuals who sit at home on YouTube and watch this.” The county sheriff even wrote a note thanking Santilli for going on air and urging spectators across the country to stop making threats.
A video of Santilli's January 26 arrest that was posted to YouTube sparked alarm early on. The clip shows Santilli calmly and respectfully speaking with law enforcement officers while attempting to negotiate a peaceful exit of women and children from the occupied federal compound. “There are women and children there, we know this — quite a few,” Santilli says. “Please allow us to go up there and get them,” he tells the officers. One of the officers responds: “We appreciate the offer ... give us a few minutes to discuss it.” Seemingly without provocation, the officers eventually grab the journalist and inform him that he is under arrest. Despite repeated questioning about the reason, no charge is offered, either to Santilli or to the cameraman who filmed the incident, though the existence of a federal warrant was the likely cause.

Chuck Schumer Says His 2007 Promise to Block Supreme Court Nominees Is Not Relevant Anymore
Sen. Chuck Schumer says Republicans should not cite a speech he gave in 2007 when explaining why they will block President Barack Obama’s pending nominee to the Supreme Court.
That’s his videotaped speech in which he promised to block President George W. Bush’s nominees to the Supreme Court, and in which he urged other Democratic Senators to block Bush’s nominees.
Schumer writes now that the argument he made in his 2007 speech was “based on hard right ideologues who did not follow precedent being approved to the court; not on a president’s right to nominate, but on the Senate’s right to advise and consent once a full confirmation process, as outlined in the Constitution, was undertaken by the Senate.”
While Schumer gave this speech in 2007, ironically it was Chief Justice Roberts in 2012 who saved Obamacare, by upholding the individual mandate in Obama’s signature healthcare law as a “tax,” rather than as a penalty required by the law.

Liberal Economists Pour Cold Water On Bernie’s Plans For Education And Healthcare
Several left-leaning economists have declared 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders’s plans for free healthcare and education unrealistic and unaffordable in light of recent analyzations of Sanders’s proposals.
“The numbers don’t remotely add up,” Austan Goolsbee, the former chairman of President Obama’s Council of Economic Advisers, told The New York Times. Referring to an early criticism of Sanders’s plans as “puppies and rainbows,” Goolsbee continued to say Sanders’s plans have “evolved into magic flying puppies with winning Lotto tickets tied to their collars.”
Jared Bernstein, of the left-leaning Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, examined a paper authored by Gerald Friedman, economic adviser to Sen. Sanders, and discovered several factors he called “wishful thinking,” including the problems with health-cost inflation and ambitious and unrealistic economic growth.
“We need a deep investment in infrastructure, more-efficient health care and less student debt,” Bernstein told the Times. “But when you put it all together, government’s role in the economy goes well beyond anything we’ve ever considered.”

Conspiracy Theories Surround Justice Scalia’s Death
Conspiracy theories are beginning to swirl in the aftermath of the sudden death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who was found dead at 79 in his room on Saturday morning at the Cibolo Creek Ranch in Texas.
While Scalia was pronounced dead “of natural causes”–or, alternatively, of a heart attack–no qualified official had actually examined his body, and there was no autopsy performed, apparently in deference to the wishes of his family.
John Poindexter, the owner of the ranch, provided more bait for speculation with an awkward description of how Scalia was found: “We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled.”
Presidio County Judge Cinderella Guevara said that there had been “no foul play,” according to the Washington Post–but she had “pronounced Scalia dead of natural causes without seeing the body — which is permissible under Texas law — and without ordering an autopsy.” It had taken “hours” for authorities to find the judge at all.

FIX IS IN: PBS Moderators Ignore Clinton Scandals
So let me get this straight: on the same day that the Washington Post reports that the State Department issued subpoenas to a family foundation bearing Hillary Clinton’s name as part of a federal investigation, the PBS debate moderators didn’t ask her about it.
While presidential candidates Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has been asked about a loan from Goldman Sachs and Donald Trump about bankruptcies in his past (legitimate questions in my mind), a federal subpoena to a foundation where Hillary Clinton recently served on the board doesn’t even warrant a murmur from Gwen Ifill and Judy Woodward, two PBS journalists?
As the Washington Post’s investigative unit reported just today, the State Department Inspector General issued subpoenas to the Clinton Foundation as part of a federal investigation. (Why did the Inspector General issue the subpoenas? Did the Clinton Foundation refuse to turn over relevant documents? It’s unclear at this point.) What is clear is that the State Department felt the need to obtain internal documents from the Clinton Foundation as part of their investigation.
It’s also clear that the Clinton Foundation is of interest to the American people. All day it was a ten top trending subject of Facebook, which was the cosponsor of the debate. But it was never mentioned by the debate moderators.
In addition to the ongoing email investigation by the FBI, we now know that the bureau is also investigating the Clinton Foundation. How does this not warrant a single question by debate moderators?
Monumental journalistic malpractice is the only answer.

Axed ICE Whistleblower Explains Why She Declined DHS Hush Money
Meet the only two people in America who could be more obtuse than ex-MSNBC host Ed Schultz.
Department of Homeland Security longtime lawyer J. Douglas Whitaker and Los Angeles Acting Special Agent-in-Charge Joe Mathias come on down!
Last year, Schultz had the nifty idea to take a breach of partnership lawsuit against him to trial even though he had to know the proceedings would implicate his then-boss, MSNBC president Phil Griffin, as a liar and possible perjurer. It did and Schultz was soon out of a job.
Now, the attempt last month by Whitaker and Mathias to buy ICE whistleblower Taylor Johnson’s silence is working out equally well for the Department. After rejecting the offer made at Mathias’s Long Beach, California, office, Taylor was abruptly fired, supposedly for cause. How can DHS now claim Taylor’s termination was necessary if she was offered a $100,000 severance agreement that would have allowed her to leave with a clean record if she would just shut up?

Twilight of the Gods: New Hampshire Voters Reject Clinton, Bush Dynasties in Epic Defeats
On Tuesday night, the establishment of both parties got hammered. On the Democratic side of the aisle, the most establishment candidate in American history, Hillary Rodham Clinton, got demolished by a 74-year-old loonbag socialist – she’s currently losing by more than 20 points in the state that saved her campaign in 2008, and a state she led by 56 points one year ago.
Hillary lost among voters of every age group up to 65 and over; she got cleaned by an 85 percent to 14 percent margin among young voters. She lost with every income bracket except those earning over $200,000. She lost among men; she lost among women. There will be plenty of women in hell for failing to vote Hillary tonight. Voters who worried most about honesty voted for Sanders by a margin of 91 percent to 5 percent for Hillary; for which candidate cares more about people like them, they said Sanders by an 82 percent to 17 percent margin.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the aisle, Donald Trump destroyed the competition. He more than doubled the second-place finisher, Ohio Governor and black belt fruit ninja John Kasich, winning 35 percent of the vote to Kasich’s 16 percent. Senator Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), whom the establishment despises, finished a surprising third with 12 percent of the vote, despite spending well under $1 million in the state in television advertising. Cruz actually won about the same percentage as fourth-place finisher Jeb! Bush, who spent $35 million on television advertising in the state. Cruz was rightly celebratory:
Thank you New Hampshire for tonight’s result, which has left the Washington Cartel utterly terrified.

Donald J. Trump First Candidate to Reply to the ‘Sessions Test’
On February 5th, Breitbart News exclusively reported that Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) issued a list of five questions that all candidates must answer if they wish to seek the Republican nomination. In recent years, Sessions has emerged as the intellectual thought leader of the nation-state conservative movement. Sessions has articulated how mass immigration combined with reckless trade deals is compressing wages and decimating America’s middle class.
Sessions’ questionnaire consisted of five straightforward questions addressing immigration, trade, and crime in the United States.
The first candidate to reply to Sessions’ questionnaire was GOP frontrunner Donald J. Trump. In his response, Trump declares, “After my inauguration, for the first time in decades, Americans will wake up in a country where their immigration laws are enforced.”
Trump’s full, unedited answers to the Sessions’ test are below:

Here’s How Much More Money Obama Wants For Global Warming Programs
President Barack Obama is preparing to unveil his 2017 budget request, and already reports have surfaced the president is planning on asking Congress for billions of dollars more to spend on global warming programs.
“One of the greatest challenges of our time is climate change,” Obama said in his weekly address Saturday. “Rather than subsidize the past, we should invest in the future. That’s why the budget I’ll send to Congress this Tuesday will double funding for clean energy research and development by 2020.”
Obama wants to build on increased green energy funding he got from Congress last year to eventually spend $12.8 billion on research and development by 2021, along with hundreds of millions of dollars to other programs aimed at fighting global warming.
The White House’s last big global warming push comes after the president proposed a $10 per barrel tax on oil production last week. Obama wants to tax oil to pay for green transportation programs, which he believes will be like a second stimulus program.

Border Patrol Agent: We Will Be Terminated If We Try To Enforce The Law
A top Border Patrol agent revealed Thursday that if border agents follow the law and ask illegal aliens why they are coming to the U.S. they will be terminated.
The Border Patrol previously had a policy of “catch and release” that drew the ire of Border Patrol agents: “These orders are called Notices to Appear (NTA). The only problem, however, is that these official orders are usually ignored; so much so that Border Patrol Agents have dubbed them Notices to Disappear,” Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council testified.
“The latest data that I have seen shows that approximately 40 percent of the individuals being issued NTAs do not show up. The willful failure to show up for court appearances by persons that were arrested and released by the Border Patrol has become an extreme embarrassment for the Department of Homeland Security,” he said.
Eventually the DHS implemented a new policy that was even easier for illegals to exploit. The policy makes mandatory the release of any person arrested by the Border Patrol for being in the country illegally as long as they don’t have a felony conviction and claim they have been in the U.S. continuously since January 2014.

Why Did The Government Prosecute This Original NSA Whistleblower?
A new initiative has been launched to uncover what really went on behind-the-scenes during the government’s high profile prosecution of Thomas Drake, a decorated National Security Agency whistleblower who disclosed details about a government domestic surveillance program.
The James Madison Project filed a Freedom of Information Act suit before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Jan. 22 that sought documents about Drake’s highly unusual prosecution.
Mark Zaid, executive director of the project, told The Daily Caller News Foundation that the Drake case represented an attempt by government officials to send a chilling message to other national security whistleblowers, especially those concerned about domestic surveillance programs.
“A lot of it also had to do with sending a message to others who had information about surveillance programs to shut up,” Zaid said. “The last thing we want for any national security whistleblower is to think there are no viable alternatives to pursue before illegally disclosing information,” he said. Zaid also is an attorney who has represented many national security officials in federal court.

Obama wants to quadruple military spending in Europe to counter Russian aggression
In another acknowledgment that sanctions and diplomacy haven’t deterred Russian aggression in Eastern Europe, the Obama administration said Tuesday it wants to quadruple military spending in Europe to reassure NATO allies still anxious over Moscow’s intervention in Ukraine.
The spending would increase to $3.4 billion under the new plan, which will be introduced next week as part of Mr. Obama’s final budget.
Having been unable to dislodge Russian President Vladimir Putin’s proxy forces from Ukraine through diplomacy, Mr. Obama now wants to spend the extra money on “continuous U.S. armored brigade rotations” through stations in Central and Eastern Europe, beefed-up U.S. participation in NATO military exercises and the deployment of more combat vehicles and supplies.
The president said the move “should make clear that America will stand firm with its allies in defending not just NATO territory but also shared principles of international law and order.” He plans to prod allies to ratchet up their own contributions to the military alliance at an upcoming NATO conference in Poland.

Cheryl Mills Refused To Speak To State Dept. Investigators About Hillary’s Email Account
Hillary Clinton’s former chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, refused to speak to investigators with the State Department’s Office of the Inspector General about her handling of a 2012 public records request for information about Clinton’s private email addresses that the agency falsely denied.
That’s according Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley, who sent letters last week to Secretary of State John Kerry and the State Department’s inspector general Steve Linick, in response to a report Linick’s office released last month about the State Department’s mishandling of Freedom of Information Act requests for records pertaining to Clinton’s email account and private email system.
Mills was identified in that report — though by job title and not by name — as having handled a December 2012 FOIA request filed by the watchdog group, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, for information about Clinton’s email addresses.
Linick labeled the State Department’s handling and subsequent denial of the request — which was handed down in May 2013 — “inaccurate and incomplete.” The report noted that the FOIA request was denied even though Clinton clearly had a personal email account which Mills and many other officials knew about at the time.

Soros Gives $6 Million To Save Hillary On Eve Of Iowa
Last May, Hillary Clinton said, “I will do everything I can to appoint Supreme Court justices who protect the right to vote and do not protect the right of billionaires to buy elections.” Yet on the eve of the Iowa caucus, liberal billionaire George Soros is hoping a $6 million donation to a super PAC supporting Clinton’s candidacy will be the difference maker in the Hawkeye State.
The Soros donation was given to Priorities USA Action, a Clinton-alligned super PAC. The PAC reported $36 million in the bank at the beginning of 2016.
The $6 million check from the controversial billionaire follows a $1 million donation he previously gave the the group and another $1 million donation to another pro-Clinton super PAC American Bridge 21st Century, bringing the billionaire’s total to $8 million given to help elect Hillary Clinton.
Just under two weeks ago, Clinton condemned “big-money donors” in politics and pledged to overturn the Citizens United decision by the Supreme Court. On January 21, 2016, she wrote:
