No Mention of Clinton Foundation During DNC Convention

After nearly three days of speeches and video propaganda one major part of Democrat Nominee Hillary Clinton’s life’s work has gone virtually unmentioned during the Democrat National Convention in Philadelphia. Even as speaker after speaker lauded Hillary’s career in public life, no mention of the Bill and Hillary Clinton Foundation has been uttered from the dais.

It seems strange that a $2 billion charity that has purportedly done such great things all across the world has not rated a single word in Philly.

But with the wild success of the documentary film Clinton Cash, perhaps there is a reason the Clinton Foundation has gone unnoticed this week as Democrats seek to burnish Hillary’s legend, not tarnish it.

These Are The Two Companies That Might Land Clinton’s Foundation In Big Legal Trouble

News recently broke that Hillary Clinton’s foundation is under IRS investigation, and at least part of that investigation centers on two companies.

House Republicans reported that Laureate Education and Uranium One have payed out (in the tens of millions) to the Clinton Foundation and in return have received legitimate government benefits.

The Russian Atomic Energy Agency, Rosatom, purchased in January 2005 a Canadian company — UrAsia — with uranium stakes stretching from Central Asia to Western America, reports the New York Times. This purchase made the Russian agency one of the largest uranium producers in the world.

Leaders of the Canadian mining industry, who have donated in excess of $25 million according to the Clinton Foundation’s website, built and eventually sold the Russians the aformentioned company that is today known as Uranium One.

Green Party’s Jill Stein needles DNC with Sanders-friendly street campaign

No other presidential candidate would dare hit the campaign trail in a white tank top, but for the Green Party’s Jill Stein, it’s more about surviving the heat than making a fashion statement.

Ms. Stein has logged three frenetic days of political activity outside the Democratic National Convention, seizing the opportunity to lure disaffected Bernard Sanders supporters as they increasingly turn their outrage on the Democratic Party.

“Your campaign lost in a rigged primary system with the Democratic National Committee and the corporate media in collusion with Hillary’s campaign,” Ms. Stein told a crowd of Sanders backers holding “Bernie or Bust” signs.

“Do not go back into that campaign that has betrayed this movement,” she said. “Do not go into that party. We are going forward together.”

Her street-corner rallies and city-park revivals have provided a boisterous and bohemian alternative for Sanders backers unwilling to settle for Hillary Clinton, especially not after last week’s email leak showing that Democratic National Committee officials were working against Mr. Sanders during the primary.

Facebook Admits It Censored The WikiLeaks DNC Email Dump, Offers No Explanation As To Why

Facebook admitted Sunday that it blocked links to WikiLeaks’ trove of emails that were hacked from the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

WikiLeaks took to Twitter Saturday night informing followers that Facebook was censoring content and offered people an alternative way to post links to Facebook from WikiLeaks.

Twitter users then tweeted screenshots at WikiLeaks of the messages they received from Facebook when they tried to post something about the DNC hacked emails.

Cleveland Bounce: Donald Trump Surges to 44 Percent, With Hillary Clinton at 40 Percent

Donald Trump, the GOP nominee for president, vaulted to a four point lead over Hillary Clinton just prior to the Democratic National Convention this week in Philadelphia, according to a Morning Consult poll of 2,502 registered voters.

Trump now leads Clinton 44 percent to 40 percent, says the poll, which was conducted from July 22 through July 24. It has an error margin of 2 percent.

The New York City developer’s lead is a sizable swing from the past week, when Clinton was clinging to a 2-point lead, wrote Kyle Dropp, Morning Consult’s executive director of polling, and Cameron Easley, the firm’s managing editor.

“Trump has been on a positive trend since the Department of Justice determined that there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute Clinton for her use of a private email server for official business while serving in the Obama administration,” Dopp and Easley said. “The Republican National Convention came in for criticism from much of the major media outlets … [but the] new Morning Consult survey indicates the typical post-convention bump that a party tends to receive following their gathering.”

In a pre-GOP Convention Morning Consult poll conducted July 14 to 16, Clinton was the choice of 41 percent, virtually the same as in the new poll.

Trump At RNC Will Declare ‘They’re With Her… I’m With You’

Republican Party nominee for President of the United States Donald Trump is tonight expected to draw a stark dividing line between himself and his presumptive Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton by focusing on the failures of the Obama administration and highlighting the narcissism of her “I’m with her” campaign slogan.

Mr. Trump, who will formally accept his party’s nomination tonight, is expected to speak at length about the rise in crime and violence across American cities under the Obama administration. In addition, he will mention the spate of attacks against police officers, and the surge in illegal immigration and the criminality that stems from it.

Trump Confronts Ted Cruz as Cruz Gets Booed for Not Endorsing Trump

Ted Cruz was booed during his speech Wednesday night for not endorsing Donald Trump. Then an historic confrontation occurred on the convention floor.

The crowd chanted “endorse Trump” as Cruz went through his prepared remarks without explictly endorsing Trump.

“I appreciate the enthusiasm of the New York delegation” Cruz said of the first delegates to boo. Then Cruz went into a story about his parents as the chants continued for an endorsement.

Boos and commotion could be heard on the floor for about the last ten minutes of Cruz’s speech.

“Endorse Trump! Endorse Trump!” and “We Want Trump” could be heard as Cruz wrapped up.

At the end of Cruz’s speech, Trump immediately appeared on the convention floor to cheers and motioned to the crowd, making it clear that Cruz’s non-endorsement would not be allowed to shift the narrative.

Fox News Stars Stand With Roger Ailes Against Megyn Kelly, More Than 50 Fox Contributors, All Primetime, Willing To Walk

All of Fox News’ primetime lineup is willing to walk out of the network with chief executive and chairman Roger Ailes if he is pushed out by Rupert Murdoch and his family, Breitbart News has confirmed.

Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, Greta Van Susteren, Shepard Smith, Bret Baier, Eric Bolling, Neil Cavuto, Kimberly Guilfoyle, Laura Ingraham, Geraldo Rivera, Juan Williams, Jeanine Pirro, Bo Dietl, Monica Crowley, all of the Fox and Friends hosts, and at least 50 Fox News contributors are willing to depart the network if Ailes is ousted, and leave with him to form a new network, one of the network’s anchors told Breitbart News late Tuesday.

All of them stand against Megyn Kelly, and all of them stand with Roger Ailes.

This development, which has been confirmed to Breitbart News by multiple network sources, effectively boxes in those who want to remove Ailes. Either they can throw all in behind Megyn Kelly—in which case they would have to forfeit most of the rest of the network—or they can stand with the hardworking anchors and news personalities at Fox News.

“If Fox wants to become the ‘all about Megyn Network,’ that’s fine,” one top Fox News host said. “We stand with Roger. And real anger has emerged that the so-called Megyn incident happened 10 years ago. The consensus among the hosts and contributors is: ‘Why didn’t she say anything then? Really, the same woman that posed half naked in GQ? The same woman on Howard Stern saying what?’”

Meet Some Of The Literal Fascists Attending The RNC

Move over, conservatives. Genuine fascists are in attendance at the Republican National Convention, and they want you to know that they come in peace.

Members of the Traditionalist Worker Party (TWP) attracted news attention two weeks ago, when a rally in Sacramento turned into a big-time brawl. Founder and party chairman Matthew Heimbach has been dubbed “The Little Fuhrer” by the Southern Poverty Law Center. They describe themselves as “defending faith, family, and folk against the politicians and oligarchs who are running America into the ground.”

And now, they’re in Cleveland, both to take part in the spectacle of the Republican National Convention and to show support for Donald Trump. Prior to the convention, the group said it intended to “protect” Trump supporters from potentially violent left-wing protesters. Those protesters haven’t really shown up yet, so on Monday TWP members, dressed up in black garb, could be seen arguing with local eccentrics and debating policy with supporters of run-of-the-mill capitalism.

TWP members will tell you forthrightly that they are national socialists and fascists, but they are certainly not Nazis.

Former New Black Panther Party Leader: ‘Highly Likely’ There Will Be Arrests, Tear Gas In Cleveland

CLEVELAND, Ohio–Former National Chairman of the New Black Panther Party told Fox News on Sunday that violence will likely happen in the city during the Republican National Convention.

“From what I know many of the groups on the left, mainly the white left, and others, I know for a fact that there’s going to be the blocking of highways and there’s going to be arrests and there’s going to be some things,” Shabazz said. “I hear, that’s going to go on next week. It’s highly likely there’s going to be a lot of arrests, there’s going to be tear gas. It’s going to be happening. We’ll be happening here.”

Local, state and federal law enforcement, along with hundreds police officers from all over the country, will be in Cleveland to provide security. Workers on Friday set up concrete traffic barriers and tall metal fences around the perimeter of the Convention site. Such measures were taken, Reuters reports, to stop an attack similar to the one in Nice, France, when the perpetrator  slammed a truck into a crowd killing over 80 people.

Trump Vs. Ginburg: Why Did The GOP Confirm Her In The First Place?

“Her mind is shot.”

That was the crisp diagnosis of Donald Trump on hearing the opinion of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the possibility he might become president.

It all began with an interview last week when the justice was asked for her thoughts on a Trump presidency. Ginsburg went on a tear.

“I can’t imagine what this place (the Supreme Court) would be—I can’t imagine what the country would be—with Donald Trump as our president. For the country, it could be four years. Yet she had contemplated the horror of it all, as she quoted her late husband as saying of such a catastrophe, “It’s time for us to move to New Zealand.”

This week, Ginsburg doubled down.

“Trump is a faker,” she vented in chambers on Monday, “He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head. … He really has an ego. … How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that.”

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is under fire from all corners of the political field for her criticism of Trump

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is taking heat for recent criticism of Donald Trump — and it's not just from the Manhattan billionaire and his allies.

Both The New York Times and The Washington Post have skewered Ginsburg, with The Times publishing an editorial Wednesday declaring Trump "right" in the war of words.

"There is no legal requirement that Supreme Court justices refrain from commenting on a presidential campaign," The Times' left-leaning editorial board wrote. "But Justice Ginsburg's comments show why their tradition has been to keep silent."

The Times editorial board added: "Washington is more than partisan enough without the spectacle of a Supreme Court justice flinging herself into the mosh pit."

Ginsburg has made a series of remarks in recent days to the Associated Press, The Times, and CNN about the Trump candidacy. They were rare if not unprecedented remarks from a sitting Supreme Court justice on a presidential candidate.

New Black Panthers Plan Armed Protests Outside GOP Convention Site

The New Black Panthers plan to conduct armed protests outside the Republican convention site if open carry is legal in the area in which the protests are held.

Ohio is an open carry state, but there are bans on carrying in certain areas–police buildings, courthouses, school zones, etc.–and private businesses and property owners have the prerogative of banning guns in their buildings and on their premises, period.

But the Daily Mail reports that the Panthers plan to be armed if possible. Panther’s chairman Hashim Nzinga said:

If it is an open state to carry, we will exercise our second amendment rights because there are other groups threatening to be there that are threatening to do harm to us. If that state allows us to bear arms, the Panthers and the others who can legally bear arms will bear arms.

Nzinga made clear that that the Panthers plan to arrive this Thursday and depart on Sunday. He said their main goal is “‘to protect (the black unity) event” that begins Thursday. “We are not trying to do anything else,” he said.

Will Hillary Ditch Black Lives Matter?

After the massacre of five Dallas cops, during a protest of police shootings of black men in Louisiana and Minnesota, President Obama said, “America is not as divided as some have suggested.”

Former D.C. Police Chief Charles Ramsey, an African-American, says we are “sitting on a powder keg.”

Put me down as agreeing with the president. For when a real powder keg blew in the ’60s, I was there. And this is not it.

In 1965, the Watts area of Los Angeles exploded in the worst racial violence since the New York draft riot of 1863 when Lincoln had to send in veterans of Gettysburg. After six days of looting, shooting and arson in LA, there were 34 dead, 1,000 injured, 4,000 arrested.

In 1967, Newark, New Jersey, and Detroit exploded, bringing out not only the Guard but the 82nd Airborne. After Dr. King was assassinated on April 4, 1968, a hundred American cities burst into flame.

Paul Nehlen at Paul Ryan’s Mansion: ‘Tear Down Your Wall’ If You Won’t Build One for the Country

Wisconsin businessman Paul Nehlen held a press conference on Saturday in front of Paul Ryan’s border wall surrounding his Janesville mansion. Nehlen demanded that Ryan either build a wall to protect the American people or tear down his own wall that protects Ryan and his family.

“Today, I am calling on Paul Ryan to live under the same conditions, which he’s imposed upon our American communities,” Nehlen said. He went on:

Paul Ryan, if you will not build a border wall for America, then I am asking you to tear down your wall. If you will not build a wall to honor the mothers and fathers of the dead, if you will not build a wall to protect our children, then, sir, you should tear down your wall and show everyone that you will live under the same conditions as they do.

People like Paul Ryan and Mark Zuckerberg love open borders so long as they stop at the property lines to their mansions. They ensconce their families with walls and fences, but then lecture us about how we have to be more charitable. And lectures us about how America ‘is more than our borders.’

As Nehlen was speaking, Ryan’s house was being protected by four large SUVs, a full-size van, several service agents, and a tall fence reinforced by high bushes.

Will Americans elect a 'congenital liar' president?

Does Hillary Clinton possess the integrity and honesty to be president of the United States? Or are those quaint and irrelevant considerations in electing a head of state in 21st-century America?

These are the questions put on the table by the report from FBI Director James Comey on what his agents unearthed in their criminal investigation of the Clinton email scandal.

Clinton dodged an FBI recommendation that she be indicted for gross negligence in handling U.S. security secrets, a recommendation that would have aborted her campaign. But Director Comey dynamited the defense she has been offering the country.

Comey all but declared that Clinton lied when she said she had State Department approval for the email server in her home.

He all but declared that she lied when she said she had only one server, and that no classified or secret material was transmitted. He also implied that she lied when she said she had used only one device and had turned over all of her work-related emails to State. The FBI found “several thousand” more.

Clinton said her emails were stored in a secure area. This, too, was false. Hostile actors and hostile regimes, said Comey, had access to email systems of those with whom she communicated.

Comey said he found no criminal “intent” in what Clinton did.

Newtered Don: The Case Against Gingrich As Trump’s VP

Donald Trump is expected to announce who who will be his running mate any day now, and one name has become a favorite among the betting crowd: former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.

Gingrich may seem an odd pick at first considering his age and personal baggage, but The Donald is, if anything, not your average politician.

The man who created the Contract with America in the 1990s has become a credible VP pick this cycle due to his many TV appearances effectively defending Trump, his fundraising ability, his rapport with both Republican insiders and conservatives, and his reputation as an “idea man.”

For someone like Trump, who has a lack of allies with these qualities, Newt appears as a beneficial VP choice. And many others think so too, judging by Gingrich’s comfortable lead in the Drudge VP poll.

However, in spite of the traits that make him attractive on the surface, Gingrich offers a serious problem for Trump’s status as a populist outsider. Mainly, Newt has been on the opposing side on the very issues — immigration, trade and foreign policy — that have driven Trump’s campaign .

Picking the long-time Beltway resident Gingrich could seriously undermine Trump’s appeal to the working class and neuter the appeal that brought millions of Americans to vote for him in the first place.

Trump On Report Clinton To Keep Lynch On As AG: ‘It’s A Bribe!’

Donald Trump said on Tuesday that Hillary Clinton bribed Loretta Lynch by offering her the ability to keep the position of attorney general if she was elected president.

During a campaign rally in Raleigh, North Carolina, Trump said, “Did you see today Hillary announced that she may consider the Attorney General. I’m not casting dispersion on anybody other than Hillary, of course, but she may consider the Attorney General who is ruling on her case now… to continue forward as Attorney General. Now how do you make that statement when they are going to rule? Because remember what happened, the FBI makes their recommendation and then still, it’s up to the Attorney General’s office.”

“So Hillary said today, at least according to what I saw on television which you can’t always believe. I found it hard to believe she’d said this, but she said today that we may consider the Attorney General to go forward. That’s like a bribe, isn’t it? Isn’t it sort of a bribe,” Trump asked. “I think it’s a bribe.”

Continuing his rant, Trump said that if Clinton “wins, she is going to consider extending the Attorney General, and you know what? I’m not saying — I’m not knocking the Attorney General. What I’m saying is how can you say that? It’s a bribe.”

Naval Academy Signals Readiness To Accept New Pentagon Transgender Policies

Secretary of Defense Ash Carter announced Thursday the repeal of the ban on transgenders serving openly, and now the Naval Academy is signaling readiness to accept the Pentagon’s direction.

Cmdr. John Schofield, a spokesman for the Naval Academy, told The Capital that although the Naval Academy is ready and willing to accept direction from the Pentagon on new transgender policies, there’s no telling exactly how those policies will look, as it’s still too early to know.

For example, there are no single dorm rooms in the academy’s Bancroft Hall, and so officials are waiting for the Navy to sort the issue out.

Still, new policies aren’t exactly urgent because no midshipmen have yet declared themselves transgender.

Carter’s announcement included a 12-month plan to implement new transgender policies and stated that in 90 days, commanders will receive a guidebook on how to lead these individuals. Doctors will also receive a guidebook on how to treat them properly, which includes gender reassignment surgery if it’s deemed “medically necessary.”

The services will be ready to accept new transgender recruits by summer 2017. In the meantime, transgenders are waiting for various policy changes to go into effect.

Independence Day, RIP

Why do we continue to celebrate Independence Day each July Fourth when we no longer cherish independence?

Someday soon, our progressive politicians will propose celebrating the first Monday in July as Global Interdependence Day, and no one will protest as long as it includes barbecues and fireworks.

It’s sobering to ask, who is really celebrating independence?

Our schools no longer teach our children the meaning of the Declaration of Independence.

Our elected officials no longer protect our sovereignty.

Our courts do not recognize or  even comprehend God-given “unalienable rights” for which the patriots of 1776 pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor.

Our professors, priests and “futurists” are so enamored of “global citizenship” they see individual rights as an anachronism.

Multiculturalism is not an idea to be debated, it’s the new orthodoxy to be obeyed. Or else!

And so, is it any wonder that independence has a low standing in our hierarchy of “values”?

Was Bill Clinton Plea Bargaining With The Attorney General?

When Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately Monday in her jet in Phoenix, Arizona, some speculate he may have been pleading for his wife who is under investigation by the FBI and the Department of Justice. But the former president may also have been pleading for himself, according to a former federal prosecutor.

While political observers are focused on former Secretary of State and all-but-certain Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, her husband also has been a principal player behind the scenes at the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation.

Former U.S. Attorney Joseph DiGenova told the Daily Caller News Foundation the former President “is at least a witness in two criminal investigations, probably a subject in two criminal investigations. He is a person of interest officially to the Department of Justice,” he said flatly.

Both the FBI and Justice Department have launched investigations into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server and email address for official U.S. government business during her tenure as the nation’s chief diplomat.
